The 2023 Long Beach Race Week had a full complement of races sailed in 10 divisions, including seven one-design Classes and three PHRF fleets, on June 23-25 in Long Beach, CA. Throughout the three solid days of racing, conditions ranged from big breeze starting off strong on day one with breeze in the high teens, to light conditions on the final day. Top three in the J/70 overall:
1st: NIMBUS, Eduardo Saenz, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 4.0 (14.0)
2nd: DJ, Ryan Cox, 2.0, 4.0, 5.0, 3.0, 3.0, 1.0, 1.0 (19.0)
3rd: Minor Threat, Jeff Janov, 4.0, 2.0, 2.0, 2.0, 1.0, 3.0, 6.0 (20.0)
Special trophies were also awarded in the following categories:
