Eastern Yacht Club hosted another fun Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta Series over three days in late July. The 14-boat J/70 fleet competed for their New England Championship, getting in six races. Winning was Al Minella’s LEVEL 5 team, posting a strong 2-1-2-1 in their last four races to finish with 17 points. Four points behind to take the silver was Jim Raisides & Charlie Pendleton’s BAD HOMRES; that performance also earned them the Corinthian Division title.
